Abseiling

I was next to do abseiling, I was terrified and nervous at the same time because I’ve never ever done abseiling in my whole life. It was a hot sunny day when we did abseiling, there was tires for us while we were waiting. The tires were burning hot as fire even when you touched the tire. When I was waiting in the line I saw wasps all around me I was scared because I don't like them when they sting you. I wore heavy gear, it was so heavy that I couldn't even walk properly. Finally it was my turn. Aaron the instructor said to lean backwards and it was creepy because it felt like that I would actually fall of the cliff. It felt like hundreds of meters away from the ground, I was kind of freaked out but.....I did it. When I’d almost finished Helen said “ you’re almost there”. There were rocky cliffs all around me and there's a part that when you step on it if feels like it's about to fall. When I step on it I feels like I'm going to FALL! When I made it I feel happy about it but it feels like that your knees a scrunched up and your fingers .By: Christine
